The season has begun, and UTS is off to a flashy start. With wins in all three regattas so far.
St George regatta, dealt a very tough hand indeed. A prevailing cross tail wind that would make the Sydney to Hobart skippers gulp with anticipation. The girls cleaned up again, winning their races in the Quadruple Sculls, and Double sculls. The winners Blower, Delipetar Women's Under 19 / Under 21 Double Scull Butt, Andrews Womens Open/Lwt/Under 23 Double Scull Thompson, Molenaar Womens Open/Lwt/Under 23 Double Scull hompson, Blower, Delipetar, Brienesse Women's Under 19/21 Quad Scull Craig Van Veenhuyzen, and Elliot Hunt conducted a great race handling the conditions by finishing first and second in the Men's Under 19 / Under 21 Single Scull. Anthony Delipetar finished respectable second in the Men's Under 19 / Under 21 Single Scull. Well done UTS lets keep the good work up.
